He earned his law degree from American University, Washington College of Law, and holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from American University’s School of International Service. He also studied at Wake Forest University.
He is actively involved in professional organizations and has held key positions within the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), including Chair of the New York Chapter (2011-2012), Vice Chair (2010-2011), and Treasurer (2009-2010). From 2008 to 2010, he served as a New York Ambassador for the American Immigration Council.
He is a frequent speaker at major legal conferences, including the AILA Annual Conference, and has hosted radio segments on Aktina FM 91.5. He is also the author of legal publications, including “Applying for an Employment-Based Green Card: What You Need to Know” and “Inside the Minds: Working with Government Agencies in Immigration Law” (Thompson Reuters).
